Kathleen Kellenbeck

Kathleen Kellenbeck is the Program Director for the Southern Oregon Bariatric Center. She leads each patient through the entire process from pre-screening to getting ready for surgery to follow-up care. Kathleen is passionate about the bariatric procedure as one of the best tools available to overcome the disease of morbid obesity, helping people make healthy changes in their lives. In July 2000, she underwent the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass and has lost more than 140 pounds since that time. Go to our Testimonials section to read more about Kathleen’s story.

Formerly a private consultant to individuals considering weight loss surgery, Kathleen’s background in the medical field, extensive knowledge of weight loss procedures and firsthand experience make her the ideal person to help other people prepare for and undergo bariatric surgery.

In her spare time, Kathleen volunteers for several local charitable organizations. She also enjoys yoga, meditation, singing, and dancing.
